I invented something similar and started making them but only made a few. I have a video of it somewhere so that should make it like being patented. Just what someone said. Mine is a mini keyring snuffer so you never forget it if it's on your key's 👍💚💛❤️ if you want to make them you can but you need to say it's my idea 👌

Hi there Alan , I've been watching a few of your shows , I'm live in the northern part of Queensland Australia, and I would like to know if you still make your hobby sluices, as I'm having a real problem finding them.

Hello , do you have a store you sell the matts at ? Or the moulds ? If so I'm curious what you would recommend . I run a gravity dredge and the box surges alot . When I run the dredge riffles the deeper heavier material starts building up. I think you're mat may help keep things moving as i get deeper . thanks for any help. And best of Luck.

I first seen your pan on Americas Backyard Gold, and i wondered how the pan would work with a moat like hollow cut out along the bottom edge of the flat surface where it meets the base, where the gold can fall into when panning, shown at 9.35 into the video, is this something you have tested with it or may do in the future, thanks for sharing subbed.

Yep the gold is definitely not down deep. I guess that’s the overburden the old-timers removed before they got down to the good stuff in the streams and rivers. Well, I have to say that rock was not quite as tough as the last one when you blasted you didn’t leave much to inspect after that😳 I think a few pieces made it over here to Arizona…. I appreciate that crossdraw rig. You don’t see much of those anymore these days. We are planning to start gold prospecting as a hobby, but I will have to also try and get my wife and son out in the field to look for some Amethyst. Supposedly our state has some, along with corundum and a few other gems.

Liked, shared and commented. I love homemade prospecting gear. Too many people spend too much. Most of us can’t make a profit if we shell out a lot for gear or run costs. I have more in gold value than I’ve ever spent on prospecting, but it’s because everything is manual so no run costs n material comes from my yard and I’ve only invested about $50 in gear. If I had invested in expensive gear I’d b in the hole n not in profit. I’m finally to a point that I’m about to mechanize. I’m gonna pump water lol. That’s it at this point. Just gonna pump water. But I intend on the water doing more than just sluicing. It’s gonna turn a waterwheel. That will spin a trammel for 4 classifications of dry material. And then also sluice . Great job as usual.🗽🍻🤴🏻 15:27
